Mr. Rashaad J. Washington Head Volleyball Coach, Bronx Prep Middle School Entering his fifth year as a volleyball coach, Mr. Rashaad J. Washington has made a significant impact on the teams he has led. With experience coaching both middle and high school girls' and boys' volleyball teams, Mr. Washington has embraced the role of coach with dedication and passion. His journey into coaching, which began unexpectedly, has inspired him to become a better teacher, coach, and mentor to the youth of NYC. In addition to his coaching role, Mr. Washington has been actively involved in the New York Urban Volleyball League for the past two years. This involvement has allowed him to refine his personal skills and discover new strategies to elevate his teams to new heights. Through his commitment to both his own development and his players' success, Mr. Washington continues to make a lasting impact on the volleyball community.
